WHO WE ARE /// Blueprint Properties was established in 2005 by the architect Camilla Gelbjerg-Hansen. Since 2015, Architect Rachel Hamel, EPFL, has joined the company and is today responsable for all designs. The company is a small and flexible organization with an international network of partners. Precisely this kind of structure makes us more flexible then others on the market and makes it easy for us to work on both smaller private budgets, where the economy plays a dominant role and larger professional projects where quality is the sustaining factor. We always establish a close relation to the customer with the aim to obtain a clear understanding for need and project frame. Within all aspects, from analysis to final realization, it is important for us, that the client is in the centre and feels ownership over the unique creative solutions Blueprint develops.
